Shipments
If you have ordered before 16:00 on working days, your order will be delivered the next day (with the exception of Sundays and national holidays).
FREE for orders over €100
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with a Track & Trace link. Here you can view the status of the shipment and (if possible) give the delivery person further instructions about your delivery.
Unfortunately, it is possible that something went wrong while processing your order. In that case, we ask you to contact our Customer Care immediately. They will process your message as soon as possible and come up with a suitable solution together with you!
Returns
It is unfortunately possible that your order is damaged during shipment. As a customer there is of course nothing you can do about this. In that case, we ask you to contact our Customer Care immediately. It is also useful to send photos of the complaint. Our Customer Care will process your message as soon as possible and will look for the best solution together with you.
The items you wish to deliver must be unused. The item has no signs of use or other stains.
You have the right to cancel and return your order within our return period of 14 days.
Discounts
Send our Customer Care a message as soon as you have received your order and have decided whether you want to keep the item(s). Do you return items? Please send us a message as soon as your return has been processed and refunded. If the discount is valid on your order, we will process the discount for you afterwards. (Note! This does not apply to personal discounts.)
This can have several causes. Remember the following points:
- For some discount codes you need an account.
- Most discount codes have certain conditions, it is possible that your order does not meet the conditions.
- Discount codes are valid on SALE items.
- Pay close attention to when the discount code is valid.
If it is not due to the above points, we advise you to place the order. Send our Customer Care a message as soon as you have received your order and have decided whether you want to keep the item(s).
